I have known Maggie for about 10 years and during this time it can be said that She has always been dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. I have watched in awe her transformation.  At the end of 2019 and beginning of 2020, I signed up to have one on one personal training sessions. She was so knowledgeable and put my fears about working out with weights to rest. She made me feel confident and comfortable to join a gym.
